I had someone break into my attached garage once in Blaine and my Shepard and Malamute didn't like it and woke me up.....
It saved me the hassle of cleaning up human remains. They were smart enough to move on.

But I would not want to break in to a house being guarded by a pit bull. May be it was not the shot gun that made them turn around. Maybe they saw the pit bull and turned tail.

They must have REALLY wanted something inside to see the 2 dogs (one being a pitbull) and yet STILL want to come in.
