Can Rick Perry recapture the magic in Iowa? His team will spend $1.2 million to find out next week, saturating the airwaves, according to National Journal:
Perrys campaign has purchased $1.2 million in airtime over the next four weeks, a source familiar with the ad markets said Wednesday. And new details of the spots hes purchased show his team will pour at least $653,000 into Iowa television and radio this week alone.
The major spending is a sign of life for a candidate whose poll numbers have dropped precipitously. After a series of debate flubs send his supporters fleeing, Perrys early fundraising success is proving a pivotal chance for the candidate to reconnect before a critical contest. Perrys campaign raised $17.2 million during the first month and a half of his bid, and by the end of September he had just over $15 million left in the bank.
Perry has purchased 7,762 gross ratings points in three Iowa broadcast markets for advertisements running through next Tuesday, December 13. A 2,000-point buy in a single media market is considered saturation-level; Perry has purchased more than 2,000 points in all three markets, according to data provided by a Republican watching the Iowa ad market and confirmed by other ad buyers.

Would that be a Perry Ping?
Your charts says it all, but you did leave out very attractive first couple (we haven’t seen that in a while)
How much ad time did Bachmann buy? Oh, that’s right, she is flat broke, just like Santorum.
You mean the first couple of Texas?
According to the data coming out right now, I predict a second place finish in Iowa, maybe better if Newt trips over his ego.
“How much ad time did Bachmann buy?”
Bachmann is patiently waiting for theses guys to destroy eachother. At the right time she’ll move in and win the Iowa caucus. And she’s not broke. She just had a big fundraising event in south Florida.
We’re about to see a fight to the death in Iowa between Newt, Perry and Ron Paul. Perry and Ron Paul have a lot of money. Not sure about Newt.
“Perry to Launch Massive Iowa Push”
At this point what’s he got to lose?
Prayers up! Perry’s been my first choice for a while. He has a conservative record and I think he’d really fight to make Washington get out of our faces.
Not so sure about Newt.
(Just kidding. He's my "least un-favorite" candidate, despite his being soaking wet on illegals-who-are-already-here and some other flaws.)
Time will tell. I believe these numbers reflect the truth.
Don’t count Perry out. His strength in TX was always his ability to retail politic and organize on the ground. That’s what Iowa is all about. Plus he still has some cash left.
Once people come to their senses about Newt, I think Perry will merit a second look.
The American people have been beaten into the dirt for 20 years subsiding millions of illegals who routinely disrespect our laws, rules and borders.
And this AH tell the American people they dont have a heart regarding this epic gang rape of our country?
Too bad Perry doesnt have enough self respect left to bail out of this and retire on his fat government pension.
Public pay phones will make a comeback before Perry does.
