“Perry will be screaming about this. This is also another way for terrorists to slide in the USA.”
I doubt any terrorists would choose this border crossing kiosk as they could simply walk across the river 100 meters down stream and there would likely be no one to stop them.
All this kiosk does is provide a place for people to legitimately cross just as they could at any port on entry.
