$1 trillion dollars = $1000 bills stacked 67 miles high
I saw that demonstration but think it not a true representation of a trillion dollars. If we are going to truly represent $1 trillion dollars, we should use $1 dollar bills instead of $1000 dollar bills. The stack would be 1000 times higher. Instead of 68 miles it, would be 68,000 miles high.
It is the same with the demonstration that uses $100 bills stacked 2 pallet high covering a large area beside the man in the final picture. If they were $1 bills instead of $100 bills, the stack would have the same area on the ground but instead of 2 pallets high, it would be 200 pallets high. They show the 2 pallets just higher than the man or about 7 to 8 feet. If you multiply that by 100, it becomes 700 to 800 feet high. BVB
