Jimmy Carter is the prime example of why I would support a constitutional amendment to raise the minimum eligible age for president to sixty. Old presidents leave office and tend to retire into peaceful obscurity. Young ex-presidents still yearn for relevance and attention.

Carter became president at age 52, left office at age 56, and has been a public pain the a$$ for last thirty years. Clinton has the same problem, and I predict that Obama will be an even more annoying ex-president than Carter.

Neither recognize they no longer serve as our President and still think they are majorly significant.

"Ex-President Obama" - that has a nice ring to it!

On the other hand, you're probably right about his one day being even more annoying than Carter.

Regards,
