Which is why fines like this should come from their city budget,not taxpayers.Unfortunately ALL government budgets come from the taxpayers. So taking it from the city budget just moves it around a bit, but still leaves the burden on the taxpayers. For the individuals responsible to have to pay the fines from their PERSONAL resources would be a big step in the right direction.

Which is why fines like this should come from their city budget,not taxpayers. Same thing, should come from either the individuals making the complaint and/or the leos and prosecutors acting upon it.
