Right now Newt Gingrich must concentrate on running for the Republican candidacy, and not get into controversial public disputes concerning BHO2’s background. It would make headlines but not the kind Gingrich needs at this point.

Obama has never claimed to be a natural born citizen, as he admits to dual nationality due to his father being a subject of Great Britain.

South Carolina has a court case right now that may lead to BHO2 being declared ineligible to be on the November 2012 ballot. Why? Because his father was not a U.S.citizen and thus BHO2, who has acknowledged that fact publicly, it not eligible.

Should be interesting to see what happens in South Carolina. In the meantime the Republican candidates should stay away from the subject as the LSM will only label them as kooks.

I think it would be a fine idea to drag the obviously fraudulent document under voters noses from now until he is defeated. His phony SSN# would further embellish his pattern of deceit. obama needs to be painted as what he is, or isn’t.

"As much as I’d like this issue dealt with and explored, I don’t think it will happen, or at least not until Barry is long out of office. Despite all the lawsuits, books, Trump talking about it, etc, the issue doesn’t get any traction. Media and Repub establishment are afraid of it. It won’t be an issue that the Repubs can use to beat Barry. There are plenty of things that he can be beat on easily though."

If the republicans refuse to uphold their sworn oath to protect and defend the Constitution because of political expediancy, then they are no better than the Usurper obama, and they don't deserve the office of POTUS.

Big Rubio supporter for future higher office and not a fan of the birther movement - thus I have extrapilated that he does not interpret the “natural born” phrase the way you do.

Neither does Coulter, and before you go off on her leftward movement lately - which I admit is happening - she is a Constitutional scholar of some merit.

I do not know what Bork or Scalia would say about it, but I can’t imagine they would interpret the “NBC” language as you do and keep it silent, since regardless of whether Barry Sotero was born in Hawaii or not, his father clearly puts him outside your interpretation.

It’s not Newt’s job to verify Zero’s background.

The fact that Newt labels Zero an Alinsky Radical is what it will take to expose the anti-American that Zero is.

The only stage they would be laughed off is the media’s stage. The normal people recognize there is a serious, serious problem and also recognize that the whole system is too corrupt to even address this issue.

And what the response says to me is that Newt cares what the media thinks of him. He cares what the political kingmakers think of him.

That makes him a bad candidate at a time when we need somebody to take on the Hell-hole that we call DC and break up the incestuous relationship between the media and politicians.

He just lost me. And here I was telling my brother-in-law just last night that I was giving him another look because of what he said about corrupt judges needing to be booted out.

Gotta say, though. I feel like a patriot without a country. I’m just aching to have somebody to support, and the only ones who have half the spine it takes to do what this nation needs at this critical time are out of the race.

I think there are a lot of people who feel this way. Just can’t get behind anybody, and the reason is because they feel that the candidates are all hostage to the media and the political establishment. It’s serious doo-doo.

If Palin stepped in I think she could have the nomination and presidency in a heartbeat, as long as she stayed true to who she really is and flipped the media and establishment the bird.

Coulter is a sell out and is for hire. Coulter is a hack. No one is impressed with her background as she clearly is a HACK and poses as a Conservative.

Do you want to fix your country or do you want the question answered by some sacrificial lamb?

We all know the answer to this question. Everybody knows.
Obama has either usurped the presidency or he’s possibly a criminal. We know this.

Unfortunately the climate is such that there is no groundswell support to get that question answered. Look around, Jack, where are the riots of people screaming to high heaven demanding legitimate proof to Obama’s eligibility.

And your focus on this and demanding a candidate to stand up and demand answers is leaving bodies of people who might have contributed to fixing America. If America gets fixed, Obama can be prosecuted later.

Of course, perhaps you are no better either, since the argument you are putting forth about natural born citizen status is not being accepted as a true Constitutional interpretation by about 99% of everybody, including many conservative Constitutional scholars.

No, what Newt should’ve said is; “Let’s not play games but show a real BC. Up to now, too many questions have remained unanswered. Who are you when your father has never been a US citizen?”

I shall vote for the GOP candidate who dares to bring up the BC question.

If the GOP does not want to bring this up it should be assumed that they are playing games and are just as phony as Obama.

***The fact that he’s already a terrible president, we don’t have to go beyond that and try to find something beyond that.***

“We don’t have to go”.

There is no way that this issue has not been discussed in depth by current and former elected officials, jurists, Constitutionalists and media moguls in the secret dungeons of DC. They have made a deal to ‘ride out the storm’ on a velvet carpet of cowardice and avoid a Constitutional crisis or CWII in this decade. Once out of office - all his executive orders will be repealed and appointees forced to resign.

In about 50 years - there will be a special commission to study the British subject who became POTUS to determine the historical context.

JMHO

They are here, all 8 of them, on FR, every time a Trump or Rubio or Jindal thread pops up, or one like this thread. And they pitch a bitch on FR. Meanwhile, Antonin Scalia and Justice Roberts, who of course don't know nearly as much as these guys, remain rather concerned about other issues where a difference can be made.

If he couldn’t recognize the supposed long-form as a fake even after experts who voted for Obama exposed it, then how are we gonna trust him to not be conned into other things?

Stuff like global warming...

All he or any other candidate would have to say is, “We have no way of knowing either his birthplace or his eligibility, because he has never shown a certified copy of anything and no judge will allow a case to be heard on his eligibility.”

Factual, and addresses the concerns of a whole lotta people he needs votes from.

Levin definitely doesn't support birthers. Last I heard him, he banned them from his show and perhaps his forums as well.

And yeah, Levin was very clear that as Rubio was born in the US he is a natural born citizen. Period. I believe Levin is a constitutional scholar and does not buy the birther interpretation of what an NBC is.

Birther conspiracies are a silly waste of time. The issue is a giant loser and will never go anywhere.

That was a pathetic response. Over the top. Not relevant. And further, I had acknowledged some of your problems with her in my post, so totally beside the point.

But I hope you feel better for having ranted.

Name one besides that fraud Mark Levin.

I do understand their concern and the damage that has been done and it’s horrible.

What, those who have made this the only issue, they don’t understand is that, if we’re going to win, we have to pick our battles. If we pick the wrong battles, we will lose everything.

Obama’s eligibility is not the path to defeating the Dems and RINO’s.
