GOP on vacation and when they get back they will be out to lunch and life will go on as usual in washington. Meanwhile, the people won't even flinch. Those that pay taxes are too numb and those that don't have no reason to.

Un-flippin believable! If a Republican President had pulled this kind of crap, the national media and the Democrats would be screaming for impeachment hearings TODAY! Wanna bet this doesn’t even get mentioned on the nightly news?
So, what do we do about it?

Just as with Cordray, Boehner and McConnel must say that they will not accept the appointments as a proper legal act and will treat the positions as still vacant, and that these people have no legal authority.

opposition from Republicans and make this an even bigger fight, since they have been attacking the NLRB regularly for its moves to streamline union elections and inform workers of their rights.

He’s such a swine. This guy definitely needs to go. If the Senate GOP sits on their hands on this one, expect long term repercussions not only in their political careers but in the authority of Congress when compared to a dictatorial President.

It might be good to think about which Republican candidate...
would actually change the NLRB that Obama has constructed.
Would they get rid of it ? Insert some real conservatives there ? Downsize it ? Hire more people ? Outsource to contractors and grow it anyway ?
Which candidate would clean up Obama’s marxist mess ?

So Republicans "
have been attacking the NLRB regularly for its moves to streamline union elections and inform workers of their rights".?
The WaPo just slips that in there like no one should notice.
Are they characterizing card-check, where marking your ballot for or against unionization is done with the union goons watching, as "streamlining"?
Are they calling quick-snap elections, where management has just a few days to counter the propaganda of the unions, "streamlining"?
Are they calling one-sided unionization "rights" posters that employers must display or face stiff fines "informing workers of their rights"?
The unions own that "reporter".

Hussein cannot get along with the DEMOCRAT CONTROLLED SENATE!I think he is overreaching...of course he is pissing on the Constitution, but that is old hat (see: Hussein's DEATHCARE Law).
Let's hope the Republicans fight this appropriately.
