This gives an unprecedented opportunity for the Republican Party to completely discredit itself as a major political party. And some private citizens may be lured into some conspicuous legal action against Mr. Obama where they will be destroyed by the lack of any Republican Party action to assist them. The Republicans do not even seem to have any words of defiance, just nods and mumbles. I would expect them to shove some sacrificial lamb out to face the public, and give words, snarky comments, snivels, and whines of disagreement with the coup de etat of Mr. Obama, but all just wind.
And Mr. Obama also appointed three people to the NLRB at the same time using the same rational.

Since we now have a King, at least we will save money on elections or the lack thereof.
