Truly a sad day. He was one of the good guys.
Rest in Peace Mr. Blankley.
The Lord be with your family as you are now with Him.

Very sad news.....way too young.

God rest his soul, and Bless his family. I knew he’d lost a LOT of weight the last time I’d seen him on TV, but I didn’t realize it was because of illness. 63 is WAY too young to go!

RIP Tony...
I thought he may have had Gastro surgery or plastic surgery the last time I saw him on TV, I didn't know it was Illness...
No one mentioned this:
"from 1990 to 1997 he served as press secretary and general adviser to former House Speaker Newt Gingrich"
Got to see him on CSPAN once where he noted he thought Newt was ADD....

I had no idea Tony Blankley was ill. He recently spoke out on behalf of his former boss, Speaker Gingrich, with no references to his illness by him or those interviewing him.
Tony Blankley always appeared a thoroughly decent guy. May his soul rest in peace, and his family find comfort.

I saw him on TV several months ago (don’t remember which program.) It was the first time I had seen him in quite some time. I remember thinking to myself that it looked like he had aged significantly since the last time I saw him. I had no idea he was battling cancer. He will be missed.

Very sad, shocking. One of the real gentlemen on the scene.
I too wondered where he was, what he was up to. i recall he was digging into gang members being rolled into the military, reg violating tatoos and all. I was waiting for more and....
I haven’t started searching but if anyone has a link to some of this pls inform me.
