Incredibly moving acapello rendition of America the Beautiful. Her style is so subtle it is amazing.
But Notice the distraction and unattentative actions of Dingy Harry Reid.
God Bless the U.S.

Rebellion is brewing!!
We should rebuild the grassroots conservative movement. From the Reagan Revolution of 1980 through the Contract with America in 1994, it was this movement from outside Washington that carried us to the first center-right majority governing coalition in more than 60 years. The problem has not been with conservatism or with our voters. The problem has been with Republican leaders who forgot who elected them and what values their supporters expected to see implemented in Washington.

... noticed that as she concluded the second verse, Dingy
carefully positioned himself so that his face was in full
view of the camera ...

Very nice!
Too bad Harry Reid is such a turdbucket. His vile, distracting presence almost wrecked it.

She is so beautiful and her singing style is equally so. I’m surprised that Buzz and the boys are getting this award now. Why not twenty years earlier?

I know I’m getting a bit long in the tooth (almost 64) but I am pretty sure that when we learned “America The Beautiful” when I was in school, the line was “purple mountains’ majesty” and not “purple mountain majesties.” I’ve heard the latter quite often, notably in the famous Ray Charles version, but I think that the former makes more sense. Any other old-timers out there who remember it the way I do?
