Late Wednesday, Obama's lawyer, Michael Jablonski, wrote Secretary of State Brian Kemp, asking him to suspend the hearing. "It is well established that there is no legitimate issue here -- a conclusion validated time and again by courts around the country," Jablonski wrote. Jablonski also served notice he would boycott the hearing.

This is what has become of our US Constitution - innuendo is all that is required to swat down a pesky law suit brought by a state against the Federal tyranny we are living under. I am not aware of ANY court case that proved Zero has shown a VALID LONG FORM BIRTH CERTIFICATE proving he is a NATURAL BORN CITIZEN to two American citizen parents. Maybe I missed that case, although I thought I had been reviewing all that made it to an actual judge.

Why do both Obama’s State Department and the Senate require two US citizen parents for those born abroad to attain natural born citizen status?

The burden of proof is not on the defendant, it is upon the prosecution. It has to be proven that he has NOT done so. So far, not done.
