Maybe Holder was told right away and then forgot. He is told that a border agent was killed and asks if it was a “brother.” When he is told the dead man was a white man, he thinks to himself “who cares about a cracker?” and forgets all about the case.
An arguement of “ non compus mentus” by the Director of the “Just-us Department” isn’t suffiecient to keep him in office .
