On Florida TV, Newt Gingrich was outgunned 65 to 1 (13,000 Romney TV Ads, vs 200 Gingrich)

Juiced by super PACs, this year’s presidential contest has seen a 1600 percent increase in interest-group sponsored ads over 2008, according to a study by the Wesleyan Media Project of Middletown, Conn.

(SNIP)

That’s a 65:1 ratio. Unless that disparity closed in the final six days, 20 percent might be pretty good for Gingrich tonight

If I lived in Florida, I would never vote for any creep that carpet-bombed the airwaves.

It's obvious that he has to pay that money back some way once he's in office.

(13,000 Romney TV Ads, vs 200 Gingrich)

They're cramming another McCain down our throats, like it or not.

I'm not buying.

that is just SICK. I think I’m about done with politics. After 2008 and what was done to Sarah Palin and her family and now this. Stick a fork in me.

Romney has a lot of air time in Nevada too. Perhaps Newt needs to look ahead and start buying time in Pennsylvania, Ohio NOW instead of going state to state like he is now. It’s not like Newt didn’t know when Florida primary began. He should have had a long range plan. That is what really makes me mad about Newt. Get off you butt and start working. He complains about Mitt having so much air time but does nothing about it. He should have had his plan for Nevada done weeks even months ago, but he only started on Sunday. He has been in the race since May 2011. I want him to win! But does he????? I am not so sure anymore.

13,000? I wonder many had the tagline, “I’m Mitt Romney and I lied through my teeth in this ad.”

So far...only 4 states have voted. So if Mitt wins only 2 is that a mandate? NO! Newt had a big win in SC and he will carry the rest of the south. Of course Romney would take NH...no surprise there. LOOK at the money he has to spend to stay up in the polls. He has a long, hard road ahead of him to win the 1,245 delegates he needs to win the gop nomination and you weigh in Paul, Newt and that Little Ricky...Mitt does NOT have a large per cent of voters. You know I hate to even whisper the word dems but they are going to run some serious attack ads against Mitt. Figuring how the demographics of the US have changed it will be a tough election and fight to the end.

So far I have received three campaign mailers here in Nevada.

Two from Rotney, neither mentioned any reason WHY I should vote for him, both were just list of slanders against Gingrich.

One from RP, which also mostly attacked Gingrich, but at least I did not need a magnifying glass to find out who sent it!

If Willard ends up as the nominee, it will be his turn to be on the receiving end.

I live in Maryland and Newt is running a VERY damaging add about Oromney and his record on abortion. The attack ad uses Mittens own words.

Mittens said that he didn't have any problem with a child getting a judge to override her parents wishes when it comes to her getting an abortion. I think it's damaging and effective.

So yes, Newt is getting ahead of Oromney's game here.

It’s too bad but the ironic expression “We have a government which the best money can buy !” is going to come back and haunt US...

It’s obscene.
There are actually morons in Florida that watch that crap and then decide to VOTE for Romney?
For me, I’d vote for anyone else.
I heard some idiot say he was a Santorum guy,(claimed to be a conservative) but because Santorum didn’t stand a chance, he was voting for Romney!

You are incorrect. I didn't bookmark them but there were articles that said stations refused ads from Newts PAC until they were "vetted" for truthfulness. The media is pushing Romney.

This is amazing and ironic.

A filthy immoral socialist (Obama) runs for president against the GOP -- and is the catalyst for the Tea Party.

So what does the Establishment GOP do? They try to ram down our throats an equally filthy immoral socialist to represent the GOP -- and to destroy the Tea Party.

Unstinkingbelievable!

Both Obama and Romney view the Tea Party as the enemy here! ROT IN HELL, YOU FILTHY IMMORAL TRAITORS!
