Both Santorum and Romney are unelectable. Santorum has already gone hopelessly over the top with extremely radical views that are scaring a large body of regular Americans. (The kind of Americans who are not political, are moderate and are not hard core religious.)
But more so, Santorum has also a phony conservative in regards to fiscal practices, as well as his actual voting record when he was a Senator.
Most all of the things Santorum has been saying, will provide massive amounts of material for the Left to use against him. Add that to the reality that he is not capable of leading the necessary measures to fix the damage this country faces.
In regards to Romney, he is just not to be trusted. He is a plastic phony who even a 5th grader can see through.
I never thought I would ever welcome a Brokered Convention, but after seeing the current leaders (imposter's) and the results of their pasts, I hope and pray that it will happen. It's either that, or I go 3rd party for the first time in my life.

A "brokered" convention will be controlled by the RNC and the rest of the establishment. They will tell the delegates to sit down and shut up, that when the candidate is chosen, they'll be told who it is. A brokered convention will give you Jeb Bush or the equivalent. Be careful what you wish for.

Brokered convention will give you Chris Christie, A fat, angry version of Mutt Romney.

If Newt's a real Catholic, he believes the same things.
Do you have any idea what Mitt does inside the Temple?

I agree with you regarding Santorum. While a Christian nation, we tend to be more private re: religion. The overbearing, in your face types like Santorum do not normally sell well.
However, we are facing a guy who spent 20 years in Rev Wright's church. So if the left wants to go after Santorum's religion, it will only smoke out Obama's. And this could be a good thing. While Santorum is at times sanctimonious and borders on the extreme, it pales in comparison to the radical views of Black Liberation Theology.
