Cripes, the dog was 13 years old when she died. Sad to lose a pet when they seem like part of the family but people have to be realistic.
13 isn’t all that old for a JRT. She might even have some 5 years in her.
Now, if that was my German Shepherd - well, it wouldn’t be!
