This reminds me of the case of the democRAT assemblywoman from the same area. She was married to a democRAT judge and the case happened last year. Apparently she was shoplifting big time from expensive department stores. Besides the specific time she was caught with layers and layers of stuff under her clothes, store clerks had suspected her of doing the same on many occasions. The case went legal and the finding was that there was something off with her brain which made her not able to differentiate between right and wrong. She got off and still represents her district in the assembly. Did I mention that she is democRAT just like Mrs. Lockyer?
Bill Lockyer's bizarro explanation for his wife's being in a motel room with another man......he and his wife argued so she went to the motel to comfort her suicidal ex-boyfriend who has a long history of involvement with the criminal justice system. Lockyer said, "her only fault is occasionally having one too many drinks." One of Lockyer's donors weighs in.
