......his communications director told CBS13 there was “no comment other than to say we’re in the middle of a $2 billion dollar bond sale to save the state a boatload of money”......... Talk about dumb----telling taxpayers they're "saving" money" by issuing a $2 billion bond sale ........
Bonds are endless debt inflicted on taxpayers.
Chances are the treasurer's office is getting a cut of the action in a sub rosa deal w/ the bonding agents (NOTE the politically-connected Goldman Sachs' main business is bonding).
