The first thing I thought of was the Michelin Man.
We need them in California! I hate California pedestrians! They’ve been told so many times that they have the right of way over a car, that they totally forget that’s supposed to be *in a crosswalk* or at a corner, not just any old place they feel like it. Darned Californians leap out in front of cars like a bunch of frightened gazelles! I have come *this close* to hitting a pedestrian a bunch of times since we moved here. Stick one of those puffballs on the front of my car!
