If this list were given to these “advocacy groups” you would find that the permit carrier’s and their families would come under physical atttack. The so-called anti-gun advocates would unleash violence on their enemies (honest citizens).

A would be robber, rapist, bugler or other criminal can take the list and know the people to avoid and can perpetrate their crimes against "Soft Targets".

97,000 applicants times $50 each application fee = $4,850,000. That’s a new revenue stream for the state, and there is a lot more money where that came from.
They, and everyone else, should just assume that EVERYONE has a CCW permit, and that they are ALL carrying a concealed weapon.
Now, wasn’t that simple?
I think people who refuse to carry weapons should be forced to wear a badge stating they are unarmed. Furthermore, their homes and vehicles should be conspicously marked as “gun free zones.”
And try asking for a list of people identified as being HIV positive.
Yeah, right! That would cause a lot of heartburn, wouldn’t it?
The denials are more for technical reasons, such as not signing all the blanks, not all are due to legal disabilities to possess and carry. Many denials are cured and permits are granted.
I’m curious if this group was among those screaming about how it would be too dangerous to post the recall petitions online in case someone’s stalker or ex-husband saw it?
