...WAVE says it wants access to the list of all conceal carry permit holders.

Uh, NO! That's why it's called "concealed"!

IMHO, they'll track the CC individuals, start some crap and the CC individual will have to defend him or herself. I guess they're willing to give up a few members of their group...

You want to know if I’m carrying or not? You can find out just as soon as you publish a list of everyone I’m supporting on welfare, every illegal I’m supplying with health care, everyone that has registered as a member of the socialist (aka Democratic) party. These people are far more dangerous to us as a society than anyone responsible enough to carry.

“—here we go again—”

Well I can only speak for myself, but I am getting absolutely sick and tired of ALL of these shrieking groups of ignorant a$$ holes Demanding this and that and thinking that whatever they and their money grubbing "atty's" say has massive relevancy.

It’s denied about two percent of all applications it received, which totals 97,000.

Send them a list of those denied; they're the dangerous ones!

“unless it’s necessary in a prosecution.”

That should cover her problem.

Just change the law to open carry. Then everyone will know!

This was done in a small newspaper in Greenville, NC. My father’s name was published along with everyone else’s. He called the editor to complain and some punk-ass screamed, “WE ARE THE FIRST AMENDMENT!!!!”

Me, personally, would have shown up whereever that guy was and let him know that I was on that list he published. Accidentally shown up, ya know?

By the way, my father had someone in his home doing some work and his gun was stolen. Coincidence?

All you have to do is put in an Amendment to publish the names in the local newspapers of everyone who gets an abortion.

Watch them cry out for “privacy rights” as I belly-laugh at the irony.

I ask Liberals to tell me what it is that they cherish, or love, or “need” the most and I ask them how they would feel if I used the Government to take it away from them because I don’t like how it makes me “feel.”

Maybe folks should start asking for list of people who got marriage licenses in gay marriage states.

These bastards won't put CRIMINALS' names and addresses in the newspapers, and they'll surround rapist murderers with weasel-words like "alleged gunman", but they want to publicly "out" good people, so CRIMINALS can target them.

There are days when I WANT a civil war with the Left.

These are the same fools who are against checking citizenship status for welfare, food stamps, etc.

If this list were given to these “advocacy groups” you would find that the permit carrier’s and their families would come under physical atttack. The so-called anti-gun advocates would unleash violence on their enemies (honest citizens).

:...The Milwaukee based group Wisconsin Anti-Violence Effort or WAVE says it wants access to the list of all conceal carry permit holders. ..”

Fine.

Then WE want a list of all members of WAVE, their home addresses and telephone numbers.

We can play that game too.

If ANY harm comes to a Citizen because of the efforts of this group, well, reciprocity will have a WHOLE new meaning...

Now just relax.

The good lady is just doing her bit to help criminals.

A would be robber, rapist, bugler or other criminal can take the list and know the people to avoid and can perpetrate their crimes against "Soft Targets".

97,000 applicants times $50 each application fee = $4,850,000. That’s a new revenue stream for the state, and there is a lot more money where that came from.

They, and everyone else, should just assume that EVERYONE has a CCW permit, and that they are ALL carrying a concealed weapon.

Now, wasn’t that simple?

I think people who refuse to carry weapons should be forced to wear a badge stating they are unarmed. Furthermore, their homes and vehicles should be conspicously marked as “gun free zones.”
