Maybe you should try commenting on what Santorum actually SAID, rather than making garbage up. . . .

What he actually said was that it would be better to stay with what we have, the known, than Romney the unknown.

That’s not quite right, but it’s closer than what you stated before.

“What he actually said was that it would be better to stay with what we have, the known, than Romney the unknown.”

When you figure out how that quote is any better, let us know.

It not only says Obama is better, it is a false statement. Even if you think Romeny is a liberal, he is not an “unknown”. He’s been running for president for at least 8 years, he does have a record in government and business, his private life is known and his current and in 2008 positions are conservative.

Santorum’s comment was poorly thought out. If you listen to his speeches that is not surprising. It’s very admirable he talks without even a speech, but it’s painful to watch him begin a point, not know what to say after the first sentence in ,and then struggle to recover while he steps all over his own lines. This happens a lot.

And that’s why now he said something that many people will interpret as being over the top disloyal to the effort to defeat Obama.

BTW some of this idiocy bolsters the view of moderates that Romney is a republican they don’t need to fear. In an odd way it’s giving Romney an image as the republican they can vote for. I know that from listening to annoying democrat relatives.
