MIAMI (CBSMiami) – It wasn’t quite Joseph McCarthy waving around papers claiming to know of communists in the federal government, but according to the Palm Beach Post, Congressman Allen West claims he “has heard” there are communists in the House of Representatives.
According to the Post, West was talking to Jensen Beach voters this week when he said President Barack Obama was “scared” to have a discussion with him.
West then said that “he’s heard” up to 80 members of the U.S. House of Representatives are Communist Party members, but declined to give the names of any of the alleged members, according to the Post.

A communist is a socialist who wants to be one of the few who lives high on the hog.
However truthful that assertion may be, he’ll likely rue the day that he repeated it without proof of its veracity! There’s no difference between democratic socialists and communists as far as I’m concerned. It’s a distinction without a difference but the media will crucify him with this. Anything a conservative says is cause for an irrational response!
The MSM and the Dimmunists will do their very best to make a pariah out of him. The target, Col. West, has now been isolated. They will attempt to personalize it.
I have great confidence in Col. West and I hope he can land an overwhelming number of counter-punches when they attempt to discredit him. But the MSM and Rats cannot let this stand unchallenged. They WILL go after him. Father in heaven, give him the words to say and the deeds to do.
I would challenge these “pariah makers” to tell me why it is so “extreme” to point out that there is no difference between communist policy and democrat policy and challenge them to define the difference.
We need to rip up the left’s “McCarthy” card just as much as their race card.
On the other hand, maybe now’s the time to expose those commie bastards for who they are (with the permission of the republican establishment, of course)!

How disingenuous! All he has to do is search on the web for “Congressional Progressive Caucus” and the list of members is right there in black and white for all the world to see. From Wikipedia: “The Congressional Progressive Caucus (CPC) is the largest caucus within the Democratic caucus in the United States Congress with 83 declared members, and works to advance progressive issues and positions.” Looking at their “issues” and “positions,” anyone with any knowledge of socialism and/or communism will recognize them as such. The members of this caucus are not shy about their membership, Nancy Pelosi especially. So for Rep. West to be so cautious is cowardly. People need to just tell the truth and let the chips fall where they may. The media will criticize anyway, might as well give them some real meat to bludgeon us with. At least it will be out there.
