Being pro-active security crosses the line where our Constitutional rights are concerned.
How is it that we can expect to live in a free country when the men who choose to lead that country are unwilling to take responsibly for the inherit risks of the position they choose to run for, and instead insist that we give up OUR rights so that his security can be obsessively protective.
This is not the pope we are protecting, this is the President of theses united States charged with upholding the Constitution for the protection of All Americans not disregarding it for just himself.

Honest Presidents of free Constitutional republics assume the risks inherit in their job rather than force their citizens to give up Constitutionally reserved rights.
