Nothing has changed. I’m still voting Sarah Palin as write-in on election day.

Maybe he will and maybe he won’t. When/if he does, and he himself makes an official statement, then it will be breaking news. In the meantime, I wonder how many of these articles we’re going to have in breaking news over the next week?

In the meantime, there sure are a lot of giddy freepers. It’s a curious amalgam of stealth romneybots, still-angry supporters of other candidates who dropped out previously, and FR perpetual malcontents who, I suspect, are enjoying what they think is license to covertly poke JR in the eye.

Weird.

So, once again by the time we have our primary in Nebraska, there is NO CHOICE as to what candidate I will vote for. Something really needs to be done along the order of having 3 primaries - one for the East, then a month later one for the Midwest, then a month later one for the West. As it is, much of the country has no voice in the selection process.

We haven’t had a decent candidate since Reagan.

Obviously, his campaign has over $4 million in debt and even cut back as it is, still spends more than it's taking in.

Newt could soldier forward if the message is still reaching people but the not-Romney / conservatives have given up on their voices being heard.

Silence is consent.

Santorum's exit ahead of Pennsylvania to save face and position himself for the next contested nomination, sealed the deal for Romney.

I think expectations were higher for Delaware where he took 27% and came second but got no new delegates.

I would guess the "negotiations" are related to his convention role and eventually retiring some campaign debt.

"Nothing has changed. I’m still voting Sarah Palin as write-in on election day."

I'll vote for anything that gets the 'race card' out of the White House. We need a President who is ACCOUNTABLE for his actions. So long as there's a 'race card' in the WH this is NOT possible. I commend you for 'stickin' to your guns' but if Obama gets re-elected you're gonna feel like crap.

She's not running.

Virgil Goode is running.

Don't throw your vote away.

Goode believes in everything this forum is dedicated to.

When was the last time Obama gave a speech from the Oval Office? Is this because he wants to strip America of it's traditions?.. Didn't Michelle say we'd need to CHANGE our traditions? I miss Reagan!

14, or 28% of all states, will mean nothing to this nomination cycle. With Nebraska are Oregon, Arkansas, Kentucky, Texas, California, Montana, New Jersey, New Mexico, South Dakota, Utah, along with Indiana, North Carolina and West Virginia representing 770 delegates.

For long time residents of most of those states, it's something they've come to expect every four years.

If we're honest with ourselves, the die was cast when Santorum stayed in and Romney took Florida.

Don’t care. Still voting for him on May 8.

And then voting for someone else besides Romney and Obama on Nov. 6.

much of the country has no voice in the selection process.

That's likely also why there's such a low turn out for Primaries. In Pa we rode the edge, voting for Newt was a pleasure for me though the handwriting has been on the wall, still one does not underestimate Newt, but he had everything thrown at him by the Romney/GOP/Media and Santorum not releasing his delegates to Newt was a sure give away....this whole mess was all about keeping Newt out.

I sure wish Santorum had not been the GOP man he played out to be. I was hopeful maybe his ego wouldn't get hyped as it usually does....but he couldn't resist the glory once again. He had both Romney and Newt to play with to advance his career...and he did that over the country...also typical Rick style. He has secured his position now and we shall hear about that with time and tide.
