And what if the Son wants to be with his DAD in the field, what if it’s a delight for the young one to learn the work ethic of a loving father who shows him to plow straight rows, endure the Sun, and keep to the task? I guess Young Obama never had a dad to tell him how to work. He never got that lesson in life. How truly sad.

When I was young (16 years) I worked in the oil field during the summer for my dad. Rough-necked on the evening shift for two summers. You can barely work taking orders at McD now days at that age. Pathetic what they have done to discourage work ethic in our kids. I have a 14 year old grandson (6’1”) that wants to work on weekends but no one will hire a kid that young. Mow the yard and carry out the trash doesn’t quite do it.
