Well my wife shops at Penney’s and the bottom line is that women liked the coupon gimmicks, etc. (they liked being confused, which says a lot about the state of the nation today) She buys less stuff now at Penney’s than she did before the change.
Come to think of it, I've noticed the same. My wife used to be giddy at getting those coupons in the mail all the time, and used to end up in one of their stores every week. I hadn't noticed her not getting any more coupons, but come to think of it, I don't think we've seen one in a few weeks and she hasn't shopped there recently.
