And the amazing thing is... the 18-to-29s will STILL support Obama by a huge margin. They may understand they`re bearing the brunt of the economy`s negative effects, but they don`t grasp the underlying causes. They just know they want the guy who will shower them with freebies.
Maybe it’s good to learn some of lifes’ lessons early.
I worked the polls here in my town during the last Presidential election. I never saw so many punks, goths and freaks voting as I did then. Democrats even trotted out Down’s syndrome adults, invalids, disabled people and a host of other ‘voters’.
I’m sincerely hoping these people have realized their hopes pinned on the Emporer have been dashed. But I am also highly concerned because nearly every young woman with a kid I get behind in Walmart is sporting the Georgia EBT card and WICs certificates while their baby daddy waits outside in his late model pickup.
For us old/older farts in here (like me)...
I think we should make it a point to thank every 18-29 y/o for their eventual (massive) contribution to our Social Security and Medicare.
Then we should ask if there is anything we can do to assist them in looking for a job.

Maybe they’re beginning to realize that their great-great-grandchildren are still going to have to pay off Maobama’s 2009 “stimulus” package. Hopeless change indeed.
