Says who? The courts have never made a decision on it. John McCain was born abroad of two US citizen parents. Obama was born in the US (allegedly) of a US citizen and a British subject. The ran for President in 2008 and Obama is in the WH,

What about the children of US military born abroad? Should they be denied the opportunity to run for President because their parents were serving abroad in defense of their country? It makes no sense whatsoever. Regardless, the courts have never made a definitive determination.

According to the information given (yours and outside sources) there is a grandson born in the US of a citizen of the US and a person of another nation elegible for President of the United States (btw - grandson is mine and my spouse). Why not have the question of eligibility addressed by the SC regarding zer0 and my grandson? It has been tried to bring it before the SC hasn’t it? Thought Alan Keys tried.

Yes, the Supreme Court did make a definitive decision - back in 1874! It is called Miner v. Hapersett.

(I've given these facts to you many times; for emotional reasons you refuse to recognize the truth.)

Sen. John McCain was born in an unincorporated territory, the Panama Canal Zone, and is a citizen, like your daughter is a citizen, because of parental citizenship. McCain is no more eligible to be President than your daughter is eligible. He accepted hundreds of thousands of dollars in donations from George Soros, who wants to destroy the U.S. It was a setup in 2008.

When the Constitution was written, no one then living anticipated the U.S. military occupying overseas nations. But it shouldn't matter as those children are granted citizenship via their parents. The fact they are ineligible to be President or VP is too bad, but that's the law.

You are confusing citizenship with an eligibility requirement to be President. They are different. Such is life.

BHO2 and the Democratic Party have committed fraud and possibly worse, treason, knowingly promoting as eligible for the Presidency a man who is a foreign national. The Republicans should not be tempted into following suit.

Many people investigating BHO2’s birth have had their lives and the lives of their children threatened, including some who post here on Free Republic - butterdezillion and MissTickley come to mind. This is a serious matter and people have died because of BHO2’s craven desire to cover up his background.

Should they be denied

not a matter of should, but by the Constitution they are. Should water be wet? Should pigs not fly while birds can?

My dad was a career Army officer. Both of my parents were US citizens. I was born in Okinawa and my sister was born in Germany, both of us in the Army hospitals. This was back in the 50s. In about 1963 my sister and I went through a naturalization ceremony held at Ft Ord, CA. where dad was stationed. We were 2 of 9 children of Army personnel to receive citizenship certificates that day. I remember my dad jokingly telling me I probably couldn’t run for president. He said it wasn’t clear if we needed to do this or not but to avoid any possible problems in the future, the Army suggested it. This is just anecdotal but I find it interesting that the Army arranged for dependents of active duty military to go through this process. I still have the newspaper clipping with our pictures.
