All it takes is one state to keep their electors from voting for Hussein. As long as the SecState follows State law, there isn’t a thing any d@amn judge can do about it.
Maybe, maybe not. It depends on what the law says. If it states that a "Certification" of Obama's qualifications for office from Nancy Pelosi as representative of the Dem Presidential nominating process is all that is required I can easily see a judge overruling a request for further evidence. That "Certification" is all that most states ask for and that's certainly all they get.
Hopefully Arizona isn't that stupid and their law gives the Secretary of State more flexibility.
The problem is though, the stte of Hi has already said they have such a BC for 0dumbo.
and if asked they will just send the fake on 0dumbo created
