This ingrate is a disgusting POS, and America will have a tough time erasing what he’s done and removing the stain he’s imprinted on its fabric.

My fondest dream is to be awake long enough on election night and hear the lamentations of the various media sychophants over his LOSS!

I swear, I’m gonna “Arab Street” my celebration. I’m gonna ululate as loud as I can. I even have a bunch of dog-training poppers that I’m gonna use for what’s called ‘celebratory fire’ ala the Arab Street. Hell, I might even make a trip to Alabama and spend about $500 bucks for some fireworks! Then I’m gonna get drunk.

Actually, he said that the Constitution was negative in that it said what government couldn't do to you rather than detail what it must do for you.
"a charter of negative liberties. It says what the states can't do to you. Says what the federal government can't do to you but doesn't say what the federal government or state government must do on your behalf."
And poor boob Obama. The Constitution doesn't say what the states can't do to you. And, outside the Bill of Rights, it doesn't say what the federal government can't do to you. It simply enumerates the limited powers of the federal government. The 10th Amendment makes this even more explicit by stating that anything not in the Constitution is left for the states and the people.
The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people.
