0bama effectively released the State of Hawaii when he produced a document he claims to be his Birth Certificate. Almost everyone has a right to verify that what has been represented as an “official” document is real. By refusing the State of Hawaii may have become complicit in the perpetrating of a fraud.
It doesn’t make sense that they are resisting Arizona unless the produced document is in fact a forgery and they are protecting 0bama.
It is a common legal principal, I believe, that once you go public with information that you cannot retreat and beg for privacy.
Did anyone ever find out how obama obtained his SS# from a state he never was in???.
If true it must mean one thing. Law enforcement still exists and is able to read and understand existing law. It is not about a person, persons a party or anything else.
Further, USC(onstitution) is the supreme law of our land. Disregarding it makes all laws irrelevant.

As a “Proofer”, I contend Obama is not eligible to be President because his father is/was not a US Citizen and therefore Obama is not a NATURAL BORN CITIZEN, as per the Constitution.
As well, I believe Obama is a fraud and should show proof as to WHO HE IS, and why he has spent millions hiding his background, medical, professional (law prof) and school records.

Zullo is presumably investigating document fraud. But why is Bennett asking the Hawaii DOH for anything? It is not Bennett’s job to beg third parties for documentation of eligibility, but Obama’s to produce it. No satisfactory info, no ballot access.
He should announce that ALL candidates who wish to be on the Presidential ballot in Arizona must provide satisfactory documentation to convince him that they are Constitutionally qualified to serve. He should send the same message in certified letters to each entity that applies for such ballot access. Because of compelling evidence of fraud, and Obama’s 1991 “born in Kenya” pamphlet (there is no possible explanation of why he would not have seen this document), vetting O’s credentials will require access to any and all original birth certifications, registrations, adoption records, and any related documents, document modifications, applications, hand-written notes, bound record books, indices, microfilm, etc., related in any way to the person currently called Barack Hussein Obama, II (or Jr.).
I don’t recall the actual wording on the letter from Zer0 to the HI officials granting them permission to release his BC to a lawyer who was going to “visit” HI, (instead of spending $20.00 to send it FedEx insured), but IIRC, wasn’t the stated purpose on that letter to show it to the public.
Seems to me that Zer0 has already given the permission to allow HI to release it to Bennett and others.
The Arizona Secretary of State may have a legitimate reason to investigate Obama's birth certificate, but it's not so clear that Maricopa County does.
Of course Joe Arpaio (who will be 80 on June 14) can spend as much of his own time and money on this as the voters will put up with.
