Somebody better ping the editor of the Star-Advertiser regarding the “born in the United States, therefore eligible to be POTUS” meme.
Factually incorrect according to Article 2 Sect. 1 unless both parents were as well born in the United States and are citizens at time of birth.
I searched Article 2 Section 1 very carefully, word for word but I didn’t find “unless both parents were as well born in the United States.” Where exactly is that? Please enlighten me.
