Since this is a relative minor crime I would recommend a light sentence for these perps. I propose that all sentences for crimes be expressed in miles - which is the number of the mile marker along the Aleutian Island chain where the criminal is dropped off by helicopter and told to walk/swim home.
For this minor offense I would drop these perps off at the 25 mile marker.
SIDE NOTE: The Aleutian islands extend for 12,000 miles, so they can accommodate the more serious crimes as well. Cost to the taxpayer - one round trip helicopter flight.
Don't forget to supply them with weapons along with only one Xbox on the Island.
