I, for one, don’t think that the House should be staging this vote right now. They should just make it clear that they will be scheduling a vote to repeal in January, as soon as Romney takes office. Doing it this way, they are giving cover to vulnerable Democrats who don’t deserve to have such cover extended to them. Bad move.
