Americans Will Work More than 6 Months to Pay Cost of Gov't in 2012

"Cost of Government Day is the date of the calendar year on which the average American worker has earned enough gross income to pay off his or her share of the spending and regulatory burden imposed by government at the federal, state and local levels," reads the report.

The report shows that Americans will work 88 days to pay for federal spending; 40 days for state and local spending; and 69 days for total regulatory costs.

"From a different perspective, the cost of government makes up 54.0 percent ...........".

"What's more, the largest tax hike in the nation's history is scheduled to take place at the end of 2012 unless Congress acts to protect taxpayers.

All the above is a lie of omission.

Obama and crew have added $64,000 of debt for every taxpayer in just the last 3-1/2 years. That’s over $18,000 a year per taxpayer that is ignored but still there hanging over everyone’s head.

And ALL this time I thought government was taking my money away from me and ALL ALONG, I realize now, government is supporting my survival 360 days out of the year and billing me only 197 days!!

What a deal.

Who can complain with numbers like that?

Not really. Very few Americans are doing any real work. Most who are said to be working are really sitting, plotting, scheming, regulating and collecting their incomes from government.
