The NCAA has stated the penalties cannot be appealed—there is no mechanism for doing so. Case closed.

The appeals are just standard procedure. The next step is court and I expect the NCAA to have their asses handed to them like Tarkenton and Neuheisel did.

Considering there was no mechanism in place for implementing the sanctions in the first place, that’s complete bullshit. Try again.
