He set no precedent. Letting a murderer go free does not make murder legal from now on.
The Constitution is a political document. It's only as strong as the individual branches wish to exercise their respective powers.
Obama did not make it legal for future presidents to be non-citizens, or non-natural born citizens, as long as future Congresses wish to exert their powers over future candidates.
