So the New Black Panther party bases its beliefs on the ideologies of indigenous cultures of Africa, the most poor, destitute, corrupt and warring continent on Earth. An ideology which sold fellow Africans into slavery and has kept most of the people living there in the stone ages into the 21st century. Brilliant. No wonder the New Black Panther party has been so successful in convincing the majority of Americans to follow their lead.
