Assault with Intent to Kill, not simple Assault.

Assault has a myriad of meanings throughout the states. In some states, Assault is the act of threatening to commit battery or other harm, in others, it is the act of battery or other harm.

I presume that Assault with Intent to Kill is a pretty serious federal crime.
