To: Vote 4 Nixon

One of my oldest and favorite loves was from
Hazelhurst, or Lumber City as it was known then.
I used to do an art show down there, the Million pines
festival, only place I ever saw someone walking a
racoon on a leash. They had a contest for the
Turpentine Queen and also one for the younger set,
Little Miss Pine seedling.

Lumber city is about seven miles up the road. It is now like most south Georgia towns a victim of jobs being sent overseas. They have like the rest of us seen better days.
