I’m on Capt. Fields’ side - I wouldn’t go, either. I have worked with a fair number of muzzies and, frankly, I just don’t care for the majority.

IMO, the PD has no business ordering their officers to attend these events. This is just PC BS and, if the PD wants to hold an Open House (for example) for the muzzies in the community so they can meet the officers, that’s one thing.

But, ordering these police to attend services at a mosque, is beyond the pale and unacceptable. Religion is taboo topic for mixing at work and requiring the PD oficers to attend, IMO, is a violation of their civil rights.

I hope Capt. Fields wins!
