If Mann presses on with this nonsense, they should ask the judge to examine the evidence, and if they determine that Mann committed scientific fraud, that the judge should issue a declaratory judgment that Mann’s methods and conclusions are fraudulent, and created in bad faith.
Importantly, this does not require or enforce anything, but may be forwarded to the federal agencies responsible for giving money to Penn State for Mann’s “research”.
