You can see without enlarging it that the red and white are in a plaid, not a striped pattern.
(And yes, I found the DNC’s embrace of Jumah prayers offensive.)
I think the stripes have been folded and that is why it looks plaid.
They now say they have disowned them....puplic pressure got to them!!
