I'm not stooping at all. Personally, LA would have been better served if all the dollars spent by anyone touring destruction was spent on the ground. The Weather Channel is reporting 2 billion dollars of destruction in LA from tiny little Isaac.
I do find it despicable for politicians to use natural disasters for political gain, helping no one but their own political futures. And in hurricane Andrew and hurricane Katrina and now Isaac, liberals once again pull out their old worn handbook.
