Plus, if one takes a little more time to examine the situation, for example looking at the photos from Slidell, and Plaquemines Parish, one will see that the people affected are largely - guess what? - WHITE! Yep, it seems the so-called POTUS could not be bothered until beaten to the punch by Mitt Romney, and because it seems it was whitey who was affected. Go figure....
