Marxists do not ever resign or leave office willingly or within the bounds of the law.

Not one instance of a Marxist regime relenting to the will of their people or the law in relinquishing power.
The idea of Obama resigning is as absurd a notion as Jesus Christ embracing Islam as the one true religion.

Barack Hussein Obama does not that strong a grip on America yet so that he may, with impunity, disregard any notification he vacate 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue in Washington, DC, when either he is defeated in an open election for the Presidency of the United States, or when he is termed out under provisions of the 22nd Amendment.
If he wants a third term, he may serve it in the Supermax in Colorado.
