Just watched Jay Sekulo of the ACLJ interviewed on Fox News by Megyn Kelly and he is beside himself over this. He also said this should be taken up with the DOJ Office of Professional Responsibility and followed through with.
He said it's outrageous that Schmaler is using Media Matters as a proxy or front group to get their message out to counter bad press of the DOJ and basically denigrate former DOJ employees.
He pointed out Schmaler is not using legitimate news sources and Kelly said they'd be happy to talk to her on Fox but Schmaler will have none of it.
