Rather bleak picture of what could come to past. But hard to dismiss all he wrote down as having the potential of developing. My eyes are shot. But I did spot read sections of it.
I would humbly recommend using a magnifier and reading every word.
IMHO it is not a picture of what “could” come to pass, but what is likely to come to pass. It’s devolving quickly, day by day.
