Obama Regulations Force Coal Mines To Shut Down…Right Before The Election
Hillbuzz ^ | 9/18/12

If Obama is counting on winning Pennsylvania, he may have a little surprise coming to him. According to Business Week, Alpha Natural Resources is closing down mines in West Virginia, Virginia, and Pennsylvania IMMEDIATELY. A total of 1200 people will be without jobs.

Is this the hope and change Obama was talking about? Or was it his promise a few years back that coal regulations would cause energy prices to “necessarily sky-rocket”? Not only are you going to have a bunch of angry, unemployed people, but those same folks won’t even be able to afford to turn their own lights on in their homes. Of course, with no jobs, they won’t be able to pay their mortgages, so I guess that’s a moot point.

As far as I could find, the Corrupt Media hasn’t even touched this story yet. Drudge had a link, and I found the Businessweek story, but apparently few else seem to care that another working class industry that makes our Nation thrive, is now tanking.

I bet all of those unemployed miners in Pennsylvania, Virginia and West Virginia will be clamoring to vote for the man who put them on food stamps. Why worry about the livelihoods of American citizens when there’s dirty air, water and emissions to worry about?

But don’t worry about those dirty miners. We have more important things to worry about, like Mitt Romney telling the truth in a speech. Four months ago. Now THAT’S a priority.

Well he wanted to shut down the coal industry and it looks like for once he's going to deliver on a promise.

Obama’s war on coal may cost him. I considered PA a safe state for Obama, but this may change things. Many a suffering.

Living in SWPA, I never considered PA a slam dunk for obama. Everyone I know anywhere around here can’t stand him. Some of the looks at the mere mention of his name are priceless.

Trumka came from Nemacolin, PA. He made his bones in the UMWA. He is a miner who went to law school to learn to be a union goon in a three piece suit. He came in riding on Jock Jablonski’s coffin.

Now he throws his brothers under Obama’s bus.

Karma’s a bitch.

Election in November, things start getting really cold in December, when electrical rates will really sky-rocket.

Obama timed things as best he could so that the true costs of his policies don’t hit us until after the election. For instance, the true costs of Obamacare won’t be realized until late 2013/2014.

Hurt Obama? Not really. The unemployed will soon be trapped.
Having to go on food stamps, unemployment and welfare checks.
They will have to vote for for Obama to continue feeding themselves and their families.
They will now have to become part of the 49% of free loaders.
Not by choice, but by survival.

You forgot to mention that Trumkia cozied up to both the Stalinist “Communist Party USA” and the Trotskyite “Socialist Workers Party” by participating in their various front groups and accepting their endorsements and help in his various UMW elections and then to become the head of the AFL-CIO.

That is why he had two of his top AFL-CIO aides from the CPUSA/fronts & youth arms including Karen Ackerman (VB, DCA and possibly YWLL) and Karen Nussbaum (District 65).

They won’t fail to get unemployment under Romney/Ryan; no one has ever failed to get unemployment. Obama’s trying to make himself the people’s only Hope for food stamps and unemployment. Food stamps came along when Barack was only a twinkle in his daddy’s eye; same with unemployment.

Everytime something like this happens, Romney should immediately produce a devastating ad hammering 0bama.

If Romney has half a brain, he'll win this election running away...

I know. These events aren't just theories. They are concrete examples of how intrusive government is destroying jobs, not creating them.

Romney should be crushing 0bama with this material...

Is this the hope and change Obama was talking about? Or was it his promise a few years back that coal regulations would cause energy prices to “necessarily sky-rocket”?...not either - it's his promise to "bankrupt the coal companies" - just another part of his agenda that's destroying the middle class, like his refusal to extend the Bush taxcuts and his defiance of two court orders to resume drilling in the Gulf after the BP spill - his claims that he's trying to defend the middle class cynical BS.......
